So, the last two weeks I have been in my hometown of in Washington. It was a blast. I stayed with my best friend

and we went to the Silverwood theme park, salsa dancing at Saturday Night Salsa, and went camping in the middle of the mountains on Sherman's Pass. That was a fun camping trip. We took all of her horses, their family friend took his. All together we had 7 horses. We went on a 14 mile horse ride. The horse I rode on was named Eli. We took a break for lunch on the trail and got of the horses so they could rest. I was eating some trail mix and I guess Eli wanted some. So he wrapped his neck around me, pinned to his shoulder with his head so I couldn't move and didn't let me up until I gave him some of the trail mix.
I had such a blast and it was good to see everyone again.
I had about six or so hours in the air yesterday. I came home via Salt Lake City. That airport is huge. I got lost several times trying to find something to eat. Thankfully my departure gate was right next to the gate I arrived at. And it's hell trying to fly without your permentant ID. Out of Dallas, I didn't have a problem but trying to get out of Spokane I had to be extra searched. I felt so bad because I'm not very good at saying goodbyes and I had just finished saying good bye to Pin and I started crying when the security lady was telling me that she had to pat me down. She was like "honey, this is nothing. you'll be fine." "I-it's not your f-f-fault *sniff*" Apparently they get tears all the time from stuff like this because they have boxes of tissues everywhere. It's kind of funny but that made me feel like not such and idiot.
Now that I'm back in Texas (located six inches from the sun) our air conditioning is the fritz (the motor in the thing just got fried). It's hot. (understatement of the year)

My broken wings, still strong enough to cross the ocean with
My broken wings, how far should I go drifting in the wind?
Across the sky, just keep on flying
Did I ever chain you down to my heart?
'Cause I was afraid of you
